Artist's Comments
I was driving through Beloit, Wisconsin the other day, and I passed by a park near the Rock River. Normally the park has a pond with a few fountains in it near the river, but now the pond has unfortunately been incorporated into the river. With all the excess water already, one would think they would turn off the fountains, but apparently not.
